In line with the Fourways Gardens Residential Estate Conduct Rules (2025), all Property Practitioners are required to complete a free induction and enrolment process with the Homeowners Association (HOA) prior to engaging in property sales or leases within the Estate.
This initiative supports the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in promoting higher standards and greater professionalism across the industry, while also equipping Property Practitioners to represent Fourways Gardens effectively.
The Property Sale and Lease Policy, which governs all interactions between the HOA and Property Practitioners, will come into full effect on Tuesday, 1 July 2025. From this date, only practitioners who have completed the induction and hold valid PPRA accreditation may operate within the Estate.

The following Property Practitioners have successfully completed their free induction with the Fourways Gardens HOA. We confirm that each holds a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate and complies fully with the PPRA’s regulatory requirements to operate as a registered Property Practitioner.
