MESSAGE FROM THE ESTATE MANAGER

Dear Residents,

Welcome to the February 2025 edition of the Fourways Gardens Estate magazine. As we embrace the start of a new year, a sense of optimism and excitement is in the air. This promises to be a remarkable year with More Fun, More Community, More Fourways Gardens!

Reflecting on the close of 2024, we have so much to celebrate. Our Carols event at the end of November was a magical evening filled with festive cheer, wonderful music, and the joy of community. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and made the last Festive event of 2024 so special. Check this magazine edition to see if you’ve been captured in one of the photos from that delightful night!

In the spirit of giving, our residents again showcased their generosity by contributing to the festive gift card fundraiser for our hardworking 24/7 Security staff members and the Life Landscapes garden maintenance team. Just in time for Christmas, I had the privilege of handing over these gift vouchers, and I can assure you that your kindness deeply touched every team member. It is gestures like these that showcase Fourways Gardens’ community spirit.

We also had the honour of hosting the Douglasdale SAPS year-end function and prize-giving event in partnership with 24/7 Security. This was our way of showing gratitude to the dedicated civil servants and CPF Members who keep our community safe. Brigadier Arikum and her team were most complimentary and deeply appreciative of the warm hospitality and recognition they received. It was a proud moment for us as an Estate to give back to those who serve us so diligently.

As we look ahead, 2025 is set to be a year of growth and celebration. From exciting events to community projects and Estate upgrades, we are committed to making Fourways Gardens a vibrant and thriving environment for everyone – your true sanctuary within the city.  This year, we’re embracing the theme of Twenty-Twenty-THRIVE, and we invite you to join us in making it our best year yet.
